1 Definitions & Applicability

In this document, "888i9", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the 888i9 website and all services operating under it. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who browses the site directly or accesses it through a registered account on 888i9.

These terms apply to all products, games, bonuses, payment services, and any other services provided through 888i9. By accessing or using the site, you are considered to have read and accepted this entire document.

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are integral parts of these Terms & Conditions. Where any conflict arises, these main Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Your account is strictly personal — operating an account on behalf of or as a representative of any third party is not allowed.

If any information is found to be false or incomplete, 888i9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, and all balances in that account may be forfeited.

3 Age Verification & Identity

888i9 is fully committed to preventing underage gaming. At any stage of registration or withdrawal, we may request documents to verify your identity. These may include:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Confirmation that the account holder's name matches the mobile banking account.
• A selfie or additional documents if required.

Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This is a mandatory step to protect you and ensure the security of the platform.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. 888i9 will never ask for your password via email or live chat.

• Do not share your account details with any third party.
• If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us immediately at [email protected].
• You are fully responsible for all activity on your account — even activity carried out by a third party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

888i9 supports transactions through Bangladesh mobile banking methods only. The accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other methods will be accepted.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• After a successful request, withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• The mobile banking account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same name as the 888i9 account.
• Transactions through a third party's mobile number or account are strictly prohibited. Such transactions may be cancelled and the funds forfeited without refund.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

We reserve the right to conduct additional verification before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts. In cases of fraud or suspicious activity, we may suspend or cancel a payment.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

The following conditions apply to claiming and using bonus offers at 888i9:

• Welcome bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,200; a deposit of ৳26,000 or more earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳41,000.
• Wagering requirement: You must wager 20 times the bonus amount on the bonus amount only (not including the deposit). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Each bonus has a specific validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses are usable on eligible games only — certain games may not count toward bonus wagering.
• Each promotion applies only once per account.
• If bonus abuse is established — including collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or any other manipulation — all bonuses and winnings derived from them will be forfeited.
• 888i9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888i9 platform. Violations may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity or providing false information.
• Using software, bots, automation tools, or any artificial means to play games or place bets.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions — such as intentionally using low-risk betting strategies to withdraw bonus funds.
• Any attempt to compromise platform security, including hacking or unauthorized access.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transferring funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving offensively toward other members on the platform.
• Fraudulently submitting a chargeback or payment dispute against 888i9.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All game outcomes on 888i9 are controlled by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. The following general gaming rules apply to all services:

• Once a bet is finalized, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the event of a technical issue (internet disconnection, server error), 888i9 reserves the right to make a decision on the affected bet. Incomplete games will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• For sports betting, bets will be settled based on the match result after the bet is accepted.
• 888i9 reserves the right to reject any bet, particularly in cases of erroneous odds or suspicious activity.

888i9 may set minimum or maximum betting limits for any category, which may change at any time.

9 Responsible Gaming

Legitimately earned balances (excluding bonuses where wagering is incomplete) may be withdrawn before account closure, unless the closure is due to fraud. Members may request closure of their own account at any time.

14 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute or complaint arises between 888i9 and a member, it will be resolved through the following process:

• Our support team will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
• In all disputes, data recorded by 888i9 will be considered final evidence, unless a clear technical error can be proven.
